Charlotte Bänninger,
CEFA, Leiterin Fixed Income Schweiz, UBS Asset Management

Charlotte Bänninger trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für alle europäischen Fixed Income Investment Aktivitäten im Gesamtvolumen von CHF 65 Mrd. bei UBS Asset Management.

Neben der Strategie/Performance-Verantwortung für sämtliche Fixed Income Produkte von Asset Management in den Währungen Schweizerfranken und Euro ist sie ausserdem verantwortlich für den Businesserfolg in diesen Segmenten. Sie  ist Mitglied des Global Fixed Income Management Committee und des Global Fixed Income Investment Committee. Zudem ist sie Mitglied des Swiss Management Committee.

Bevor sie die derzeitige Position in 2001 übernahm, erwarb sie grosse und langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich ‘Schweizerische und Europäische Fixed Income Märkte’ durch verschiedene Positionen im Investment und Kundenmanagement im Schweizer Geschäft von UBS.

Frau Bänninger ist seit 2001 Managing Director  (MD). Sie ist ausserdem Diversity Sponsor Schweiz bei UBS Asset Management und setzt sich in diesem Zusammenhang besonders für die Förderung von Frauen im Investment Bereich ein.

Frau Bänninger ist Eidg. Dipl. Betriebsökonomin FH mit der Zusatzausbildung zum Chartered Europen Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Dr. Anja Hochberg,
Global Head Investment Solutions & CIO Communication. Credit Suisse, Zurich
Dr. Anja HochbergAnja Hochberg studied economic history, macroeconomics and law in Berlin, successfully completed postgraduate studies in the field of international economics at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium, and earned her doctorate at the University of Wales. In addition, she was engaged as Professor of Economics for four years at the University of Wales, focusing on international financial markets.

In 1999, Ms. Hochberg transitioned from academics to economic practice, moving to the Economics Department of the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) in Frankfurt, where she was responsible for analyzing the G7 economies and financial markets.

Since January 2001, Ms. Hochberg has held various positions at Credit Suisse in senior research, asset management and wealth management. As Head of Macro Research, she was responsible for economic analysis, interest rates & yield forecasts, and the analysis of foreign exchange, commodity & real estate markets on a global level until 2009. In August 2009, she was appointed Head of Investment Strategy for Asset Management. In August 2013, she became Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Europe and Switzerland, and in December 2015, alongside her role as Chief Investment Officer for Switzerland, Ms. Hochberg was appointed Head of Investment Services. The latter serves a global investment delivery mandate, encompassing mutual fund and product selection, offering management and expert advice, alternative investment advisory, portfolio services and UHNWI (ultra-high net worth individuals) advisory. As of January 2017, Anja Hochberg took over the responsibility for investment solutions on a global level. She is a voting member of the Credit Suisse Global Investment Committee.

Ms. Hochberg served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC) from 2010-2012 and in 2016. From 2012 to 2015 she was engaged as Co-Chair of the Multi-Cultural Forum, a global CS employee network. Ms. Hochberg also strongly engages in “grow-your-own” strategies and career development for women, e.g. as an advisory board member of “Fondsfrauen” in Germany and Switzerland.

Michaela Krahwinkel,
Leiterin Performance-Analyse, Union Service-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt
Michaela KrahwinkelMichaela Krahwinkel leitet die Abteilung Performance-Analyse bei Union Investment. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion hat sie in den letzten vierzehn Jahren das Performance-Controlling systematisch auf- und ausgebaut. Mit ihrem Team arbeitet sie kontinuierlich an methodischen Weiterentwicklungen in einem ständig komplexer werdenden Marktumfeld.

Gebürtig vom Bodensee hat ihre Karriere 1983 in Frankfurt im Asset Management eines Schweizer Versicherungsunternehmen begonnen. Im Anschluss waren Tätigkeiten im Family Office der Harald Quandt Vermögensverwaltung und als Abteilungsleiterin Performance Messung bei der Deutschen Asset Management prägend.

Michaela Krahwinkel verfügt über ein langjährig aufgebautes Netzwerk zu Verbänden und Ratingagenturen. Seit vielen Jahren arbeitet sie in nationalen und internationalen Gremien. Unter anderem leitete sie ein für die Globalen Investment Performance Standards zuständiges Komitee, das die Interessen der deutschen Anwender bei den globalen Standards zur Messung und Darstellung der Wertentwicklung von Investments vertritt und deren Weiterentwicklung fördert.

In ihrer Freizeit engagiert sich die bekennende Frankfurterin für soziale Themen und organisiert unter anderem Sammlungen für Frauenhäuser.

Veronika Lammer,
Retail Research Manager, Raiffeisen Bank International AG , Vienna
Veronika Lammer has been working in various positions on the financial market since 1985. In 2008, she joined Raiffeisen Bank International, where she built the Quant Research and Emerging Markets department. Key topics included asset allocation, economics, currencies, stock markets, modeling, and project development of an analyst working platform and a new portal. As a Retail Research Manager, Ms. Lammer supports the Austrian Raiffeisen sector and Raiffeisen Bank International’s network banks in all research matters since September 2016.

From 1985 to 2008, Veronika Lammer gained plenty of experience in different financial institutions and market situations. For over 7 years she worked as a portfolio manager – primarily in the bond sector – and for 15 years as an analyst for equities on the one hand and economics, bonds and currencies on the other. On the basis of this knowledge, she built an investment training program with an integrated computer simulation game, which she holds very successfully in Austria with banks, insurance companies and university institutions.

Veronika Lammer holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Innsbruck and a MSc from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. The avid golfer is married and has a daughter.

Anja Mikus,

Anja Mikus ist CEO/CIO der Stiftung Fonds für kerntechnische Entsorgung, Berlin.
Davor war sie CIO und Partner bei dem auf nachhaltige Investments spezialisierten Asset Manager Arabesque.

Vor ihrer Zeit bei Arabesque war Anja Mikus elf Jahre Segmentleiterin Portfoliomanagement/CIO bei Union Investment. Sie war verantwortlich für die Investmentprozesse und Performance von rund 150 Mrd. Euro Fondsvolumen. Das Investmentteam umfasste ca. 230 Mitarbeiter/innen. Sie war u.a. Geschäftsführerin der Union Investment Privatfonds GmbH, Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Union Investment Luxembourg S.A. und Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der Union Investment TFI, Warschau.

Davor war Anja Mikus 13 Jahre in den Asset Management-Einheiten der Allianz-Gruppe tätig; zuletzt Managing Director bei Allianz PIMCO Asset Management, Geschäftsführerin und Head of Portfolio Management der Allianz Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH sowie Senior Portfoliomanagerin für Fixed Income und Balanced Funds.

Frau Mikus hat ein Diplom in Betriebswirtschaft der Georg-August-Universität, Göttingen. Sie ist verheiratet und hat einen Sohn.

Hartmut Petersmann,
CEO, Petersmann Institut für den unabhängigen Finanzberater GmbH

Hartmut Petersmann has founded the Petersmann Institut für den unabhängigen Finanzberater in 2013. The aim of this initiative is to meet the high standards of a truly independent financial advice and to develop a recognized seal of quality inspired by Anglo-Saxon IFA Associations.

Before that, Hartmut Petersmann was responsible for the public fund distribution and the fund trading platform at Bankhaus Metzler for 18 years., thereof 9 years as a partner.

Specialized in personal insurance until 1990, Hartmut Petersmann held various leading positions at Zurich Insurance and Equity & Law.

Dr. Fleur Platow,

Doctor degree in communication-science, 1975 to 1993 economic correspondent for the German “Interfinanz-Brief” and the “Financial Times Int. Reports N.Y.”, a US subsidiary of the Financial Times, London, trainer and founder of the course „Frauen und Finanzen“ (women and finance), speaker for several Swiss and German institutions, consultant of the Smart Ladies Investment Club (SLIC, the major Swiss investment club for women) until 2013, co-founder of the Swiss „Frauen Investment Planung Schule“ (FIPS), writer of a weekly internetletter for FIPS, author of the books „Mehr Sicherheit beim Geldanlegen. Frauen investieren anders” in spring 2002 and of „Und ewig lockt das Geld. Mit femininen Strategien zum globalen Anlageerfolg“ as well as co-author of„Banker nutzt das feminine Potenzial“ in  2012. Columnist for more than a decade for the investors magazin „stocks“.

Evi Vogl,

Evi C. Vogl, CEO Amundi Deutschland.

Her focus is the strategic development of the business for Amundi in Germany. In addition to the overall responsibility for the business, she oversees the areas: communication, public affairs and human resources.

Evi Vogl can draw on her experience of more than thirty-year career in the financial sector. For over twenty years, she stayed with HVB Group, where she started her career and held various management positions. During this time, she was the Managing Director of Pension Consult, a company of the HVB Group, which became independent after the spin-off, and was a member of the Executive Committee for the Institutional Asset Management of Allfonds International Asset Management, later Activest. Following her time at HVB, she headed the D.A.CH region for a global investment boutique and was responsible for their European Institutional Asset Management of a major bank. 2011 she joined Pioneer Investments to lead the German business. After the merger with Amundi in 2017, she was nominated CEO for Amundi Deutschland.

Evi Vogl contributes her experience and expertise to a number of organizations. She is an elected member of the board for the association of the asset management industry in Germany (BVI) and supports the network Fondsfrauen in the advisory board.

She holds an MBA from Chicago Booth University and a degree from Standford University GSB.
