“What shapes behavior – an introduction to the DISC Human Behaviour Model”
It was a great pleasure welcoming 25 women at the fantastic Wildgen4Women & Fondsfrauen Lunch with Sophia Karlsson at Wildgen premises on 3rd of December 2019.
Sophia Karlsson is a senior manager with over 15 years of experience in the Asset Management industry. As a certified coach, speaker and trainer, Sophia is passionate about leadership and personal development and believes that this is the catalyst to lasting change. Her vision is to see transformation in our corporate leadership culture by helping leaders develop habits that inspire results, relationships and reputation.
In a 45-minute presentation, Sophia delighted us with a first introduction to the DISC Human Behaviour Model – a model that will help people and their teams connect, communicate and collaborate better.
“Everyone you encounter is motivated differently, communicates differently, and views tasks and relationships differently. When we learn how to connect with anyone, we become more successful with everyone.“
Did you know that only 15 % of your technical skills contribute to your success? And are you aware that your success is determined to 85 % of your personality? In each of us slumbers a champion. Knowing who we are, where our strengths lie, and how to convert our obstacles in order to become part of our strength.
Learning, Leveraging, Leading are, indeed the key points for success. It was once more a great opportunity to combine knowledge and networking.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank Wildgen S.A. for their organisation and hospitality.
